Yes, Windows isn't free, I get it. All to Bootcamp issues you listed sounds like the Apple drivers weren't installed correctly (which is soooo simple to do). I can run BeamNG at mid-high settings with multiple cars at 30 FPS in Bootcamp. All be it with a new top of the line MacBook Pro, but still I'm sure the Mac you saw would run better in. If they do make a mac port they will do it after linux. The main issue they have is that the game engine they are using (Torque3D) has no mac or linux support. So there is currently some work being put into that by Garage games (creators of Torque3d) and i belive the devs of BeamNG may be helping out a bit but i am not sure.
